1. Electrical safety

The laser uses a single-phase 220V/5A or 110V/10A power supply, and the maximum output current is not more than 3A.

The power supply connected to the laser must use a well-grounded single-phase three-wire power socket that complies with national standards and has a specification of at least 5A.

There is high voltage in the laser's memory when it is running. After the power is turned off, the high-voltage components may still have residual voltage - opening the case at will may cause a high-voltage electric shock!

2. Transportation safety

The laser is a large device and is not suitable for mobile use by users. The handle shell of the laser machine is equipped with a precision laser optical system. During transportation, the shock-absorbing packaging provided by the original manufacturer must be used, otherwise it may cause malfunction of the laser system and affect the laser output energy!

The drain hole must be plugged tightly before moving and transporting.

4. Within 7 days after the instrument leaves the factory (15 days abroad), if the machine has quality problems (non-human and force majeure), our company will provide free replacement service. If the customer sends the goods back according to the freight specified by our company, our company will bear the two-way freight.
5. From 15 days to one year after the instrument leaves the factory, if the machine has quality problems (non-human and force majeure), our company will provide free maintenance services and free parts replacement services. If the whole machine is not returned to the factory for repair, you can do it yourself under the guidance of our engineers Remove the accessories and return them to the factory.
